Anna Rosa Krau

Sustainability photographer, environmentalist and professor for sustainable processes in photography, based in Berlin.

Her focus is on depicting "NATURAL BEAUTY" and the "beauty of nature". She uses the physical nature of photographs and often decomposes the medium into its components, sometimes replacing toxic processes with plant-based or environmentally friendly alternatives. Her methodological approach is process-oriented, emphasizes co-creation and promotes diverse authorship with the non-human world.

She works exclusively with brands that reinvest their profits in real regenerative change. Her poetic, painterly imagery is not only aesthetic, but also rooted in real-world activism and rigorous research. Given the urgency of our times, she focuses on projects that promote coexistence and organic exchange within a “more-than-human cosmology.”
